Standard Shipping (UAE) – 15 AED

Expedited Shipping (UAE) – 37 AED

Available for ready-made items only (not applicable for custom dress orders).

Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for same or next working day delivery depending on the location.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following working day.
Abu Dhabi deliveries are completed the next working day only (same-day delivery is not available).
Sundays are off.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.
The final shipping cost depends on package dimensions and weight, and may vary from the amount shown at checkout.
If the actual shipping cost is lower, the difference will be refunded.
If the cost is higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference before the order is shipped.

We strongly recommend contacting our team to confirm measurements before placing your order to avoid exchanges and additional charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Eligible Returns (Ready-Made Items Only)

Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.

Shipping Fees

To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review our custom order terms:

Full payment is required in advance. Orders will not begin without complete payment.
No cancellations once the order has been started.
- This includes cases where fabric and materials (notions) have already been purchased — these costs are non-refundable.

Measurements

Measurements can be provided:
- By booking an appointment with our designer, or
- Via a video call consultation
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Alterations

If size adjustments are required after delivery:
- Additional charges will apply
- Customer must cover shipping costs both ways

Design Changes

Once production has started, design changes are not allowed.
Exceptions may be considered only if feasible and approved by our design team.
